I was excited to bring my background in design, construction, operations, and procurement (just to name a few) to KMID in 2023. My diverse experience has taught me how to navigate commercial and residential arenas, leaving a trail of successful projects and delighted clients. 

The KMID team likes to call me the conductor or Wizard behind the curtain because of my knack for keeping everyone focused and aligned on our priorities as we juggle our ever-growing client partnerships. My day-to-day consists of creating and optimizing systems and processes, overseeing master project plans, forecasting workflows (i.e., schedules and deliverables), and keeping our clients and build partners in the fold. 

Simply put, my goal is to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and infuse creativity and collaboration into our shared future of growth and success!
